Excavated one wall to straighten, it was leaning inward so we pushed it back out straight about 5in.  After this the home was sitting back on the foundation like new.  We then installed 3 egress windows and Rockwell escape wells.  New drain tile, sump pump and backfilled with gravel, regraded yard to create positive drainage.
